TSM & Co. offers FREE Nationwide delivery on all orders above Rs 3,000/-

For orders from the major cities of Pakistan, our objective is to have your desired product delivered at your doorstep the within 3-7 working days. For other cities and towns, your order will be delivered within 4-7 working days of the placement of your order. *

If you have found your desired product but not the desired size, you can wait and check our website till your desired size is in stock. Or you could simply call us at 021-35875593 or drop us an email at customerservice@tsmco.com.pk to place your order!

Sizes not in stock may take 10 working days for the product to be ready for dispatch.

For our valued customers who do not wish to use a credit/debit card for the purchases, we also offer a FREE Cash on Delivery (CoD) service on all orders.

* Please note that orders placed over the weekend and/or at Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

RETURNS

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with our product , you can avail our 14 days returns policy for a FULL refund.*

To request a refund, please call us at 021-35875593 or email us at customerservice@tsmco.com.pk with your order number and courier the product back to us. Your purchase amount will refunded/deposited to your bank account within 48 hrs receiving the shoes back at our store.

For residents in Karachi, you can also drop by our Zamzama Studio personally and return your product there for a refund.

Please note that custom made shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.

*Please note that shoes returned to us without original packaging or with scratched or damaged soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you. Therefore, we encourage our customers to keep the original packaging for use in possibility of a return/exchange situation.

Any returns received outside the 14 days are accepted only at the discretion of The ShoeMakers & Co.

Products purchased during sale events or clearance section are only eligible for exchanges

Unhappy with the style you ordered? Or the size doesn’t fit you well? No worries! You can have your shoe(s) exchanged instantly.*

*Any exchanges received outside the 14 days are accepted only at the discretion of The Shoe Makers & Co. Also, in case the shoe has undergone permanent damage (such as scratches etc.) by use of the customer, it may not be returned/exchanged. Please make sure that the product must be in a re-saleable condition to be valid for our exchange/return policy

Repairs & Servicing

Customers who wish to opt for servicing and repairs service or wish to claim our 365 days warranty are required to send the shoes to following address at their own expense and must bare the return courier charge if outside Karachi Building 1/c,Lane 2, Zamzama Commercial Area, Phase V, DHA, Karachi
